• Rigid and impact resistant • 1" honeycomb cell paper construction has sanded edges • Resin impregnated • R factor: 2.4 • STC (sound transmission) 20 in 20 gauge material

Insulated Cores
	Polyuretane Core • 1-3/4" polyuretane composite construction • All reiforcing boxes contain polyuretane • Excellent insulating characteristics • R factor: 12.0 • STC 26 in 20 gauge material		Polystyrene Core • 1-3/4" polystyrene composite construction • All reiforcing boxes contain polystyrene • Flat surface • R factor: 7.0 • STC 26 in 20 gauge material

Special Cores
	Steel-Stiffened Core • 20 gauge vertical Steel Stiffeners are 6" apart and welded or laminated to door skins • Fiberglass insulatation between Stiffeners provides excellent sound-deaddening and insulating value • For extra heavy-duty requirements, door edges can be tack-welded, filled and ground smooth		Temperature-Rise Core • Solid mineral-fibre core slab provides maximum protection up to 250° C • Exceeds current NFPA-80 recommendations • Ideal for stainwells and installations adjacent to fire-walls
